"Staff allowed our whole family to relax in the spa since our room wasn’t ready. Only downside was that my daughter got bit by a poisonous spider and it caused her to not be able to walk with shoes. This happened at the villas, not the hotel bc it was just opening for the season and probably had a lot of bugs hiding out. They gave us champagne on arrival and staff was super kind to us. "

"Garden View is a lovely immaculate apartment with great outdoor space. Situated a short walk to restaurants, and ferry. The down side for us flying into Milan from Scotland on an evening flight was having to find and get to the property management office in Como within a certain time to pick up the keys before going further on to property in Cernobbio. Fine if you had a car but we didn’t. Would be easier if there was a key box situated at the property. That being said we would definitely stay...

"torn Design apartment is a great period property kept in a really good condition. Easy access to ferry and few restaurants in the town. Very nice friendly locals around in this area. Little café at the top next to the bus stop is really good. They had some amazing pastries and biscuits selection. "This accommodation may suit only the very fit. Access requires a long, steep incline followed by many steep steps. Even my teenage children struggled with the climb. It is certainly not suitable for anyone with mobility concerns or health issues, and this level of access was not made clear in the advert.
