"This was a dream come true. Luxury on luxury and pampered every minute of the stay. The staff are unbelievably accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. "

"The location is beautiful and understandable that it is in an ancient rainforest, however it doesn’t excuse the mould in some of the rooms or the hair that was clogging the sinks and showers. On arrival we decided to have lunch as they prepped our room, we found flies in our salads, not one but three. We had a 1.5 year old with us, so you can only imagine our shock when the room smelt of damp. They finally agreed to changing our room to only find more damp growing even on the pictures displayed...

"ルムのバスターミナル付近からタクシーで向かいました。 40分位かかりましたので想像していたよりも遠かったのですが、到着したら絶景のビーチリゾートで大変楽しめました。また、ホテルには、猿などの野生動物が生息しており、屋外で食事をしているとひやっとすることがありましたが、その都度、警備員さんが水鉄砲などで追い払ってくださっており、今では懐かしい想い出です。"

"We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our Langkawi trip and wished we stayed longer. Whilst the rooms may be somewhat dated for a 5*, the customer service at this hotel is exceptional. After checkin they got in touch by WhatsApp to let us know they were available for any assistance 24’7. The facilities were nice, the staff were extremely polite and attentive. It was a real bonus seeing monkeys around the resort, (wish they had come to our balcony!) We didn’t have to wait long for a buggy and...
