"The staff was the absolute best! Room was clean but no outlets in the bathroom where needed the most. The dinner was fair.. pasta a bit cold but the band in the lounge, The Iguanas was fabulous… I can’t say enough good things about the staff… helpful, funny and welcoming. I would have given 5 stars but for the room . Hopefully the rooms will be renovated soon…"

"$150 Add additional!!?? Check your receipt per room will try to charge you extra!!! Rooms were okay minus splatter of red (something) on the bottom of the bed, wall and curtain. When you arrive to the hotel you will make a left into the garage where valet will assist you with your luggage. $50 (per car) each room will be charged a travel fee of (under)$30 They will ask you to attend a (timeshare) at a location down the street to receive your deposit ($40) they will tell you you cannot receive your deposit back if you don't attend. Smoke area inside of the garage across from the entrance of the hotel. Example I made the reservation for my son and I. I put one room in my name one room in his name (expedite)when we arrived to the hotel in one vehicle I was charged for my room (deposit)and ask to go to see the lady/male about the timeshare time (ok whatever) it's when you get home and see how much they charge you so they tried to charge both rooms for valet and charge my son for internet which he did not use/sign up for. Overall the staff and everyone that work there is nice, kind respectful. They will take good care of you down to the ballet in the man that open up"

"This was a perfect getaway for my husband and I. The staff was amazing and always helpful. We did eat at the hotel, but all of our drivers said the hotel had amazing food and the bar was highly recommended. I would definitely stay for more days if my pockets could afford it in this economy. 😅"
