"This was a great hotel. Everyone on staff was so friendly and they offered all kinds of things that hotels at this rate do not, including free water, an excellent breakfast beyond the usual, and an excellent fitness center. All the equipment looked brand new, they offered nice towels, and it was spotlessly clean. The room was, too. The only reason I gave it four stars twice was because the hall carpet was very dingy and wrinkled. I think if they replace that with something brighter, clean, and installed properly, it would get five stars, all 'round."

"The breakfast area is a small. If 4 people are in the room you can barely turn around. The poor person in charge of the food can't keep up. We couldn't find salt and pepper. There was a container of yogurt that was not sealed. There was a hard boiled egg in the refrigerator case that looked like someone's art project, not something that could be eaten. You have to go to the lobby to get coffee. The only water available was in the lobby. "Parking lot" really doesn't describe where you park your vehicle. If people are supposed to park on the hill next to the hotel it should be marked as such. Your people are great, your kitchen staff needs to be doubled, your breakfast serving area needs to be enlarged to include beverages."
