"The staff did not tell us the truth when we got there, there was no shuttle, poor breakfast, no bed covers except thin sheets and it was not comfortable. The whole surrounding was smelling cigarrette. All the first floor rooms are for people with pets, and I did not know that since I just had surgery. It was a painful experience."

"I am incredibly disappointed with my stay here. I did not feel safe inside of this property by any means. The door which was supposed to require a key card to enter opened for anyone and there were multiple people outside the property yelling random things and trying to solicit hotel guests. I was worried the whole time that my car was going to be broken into. Further, the hotel room itself was old, had bugs, was out of conditioner, and the door wasn't sealed. "The hotel was an average stay overall. The location was okay—nothing particularly great but convenient enough for basic needs. The breakfast options were fairly limited and below average compared to similar hotels. One issue was that there was no toilet paper in the room upon arrival, which was inconvenient and should have been checked beforehand. Overall, the stay was fine but nothing special. "Staff did not clean room when ask and people were so noisy on second floor had to get up at 1am and ask staff to go up there and only got 1hour sleep not very happy at"

"The hotel renovations are very nice, the rooms are large and comfortable. There's space to spread out and work if needed. The location is perfect to everything and I would definitely stay there again. "

"Water temperature has two settings, scalding hot and off. Hard to get a bar of soap. Two pancake pillows for a queen size bed and unable to get any more. Broken vending machine. Kitchenette in the room but not pots, pans, glasses, or dishes. No ice machines and no ice cube trays. No "do not disturb" sign for the door. Would not stay here again."

"It is what you pay for. However, we requested on Thursday that we needed to stay until Monday. He told us to just come down Saturday and add more days. However when we did that we were told our room was already taken and had to move to another room which was not a double, it was one king and we had to pay the additional. Poor customer service we tried to reserve and pay early and then what we were told was not honored. Most likely will not stay here again because of this."
