"First of all, we found it in great location and enjoyed stay. All places just around the corner. We surprised of this hotel decoration, setup - super new and comfortable: huge bed, nice view with balcony, big bathroom with bathtub too. Cozy restaurant served buffet breakfast also unique food of Hanoi like Pho and banh mi.
Unforgettable are amazing staffs there too, they offering exactly you think and needs. Definitely we will be back here. "
"They got you feeling like a King and/or Queen here. I aint giving them a 5/5 for no reason on each checklist. The assistance and care given is immaculate. There's someone to open the front door, complimentary drinks refreshments are provided while you wait, and a small moist towel was offered to clean yourself up. Upon my arrival and final day, the helpers came out to assist with me and my friend’s luggage out/in the taxi. They were also sincere and accommodative when it came through questions...
"Veldig fin hotell. Superb beliggenhet i Old Quarter. Masse shopper, kafér, restauranter rett utenfor døren men ingen støy eller bråk om natten.
Men det beste med dette hotellet er personalet. Du føler deg veldig velkommen med en gang du kommer inn døren. Vi var her 6 netter tilsammen Alle var super hyggelig hjalp oss med ALT vi måtte lure på. Sterk anbefales. Vi kommer til å bestille dette hotellet igjen neste gang vi besøker Ha Noi"
