"Este alojamiento no existe, ya no es un hostal, fuimos y no abrían la puerta ni cogían el teléfono. Es una estafa total. Nos abrió una vecina y nos dijo que llevaban años haciendo esta estafa. No nos devuelven el dinero."

Subimos y la habitación no era la reservada y el baño estaba sucio a pesar de hacer el cheking nos fuimos a Toledo. Pusimos la reclamación con vosotros y nos buscamos otro alojamiento. Solicitamos la devolución integra de la reserva pagada con antelación "
