It is a lovely hotel above an Italian restaurant with very convenient access to Penarth train station with regular trains into nearby Cardiff. It has both single and double size rooms and I usually choose a single. "Was a lovely apartment, comfortable and homely. Free Parking available. There is a bar downstairs, you can hear the music from the house but they close by 10pm so the noise is not disruptive at night. Loved my stay with my family. Would recommend to friends."
