"The property was clean and nicely updated. Clean and comfortable. I do wish there was a coffee maker in the room. There was a fridge and microwave. Close to the beach and very close to a couple of restaurants. Would stay again. "

"New owners have freshly painted the rooms and put in new beds and mattresses. Looks like new decking on the third floor and pool level. Bathrooms are dated and cramped. It's convenient to the south end of the beach. I'd stay here again."

"Last minute decision ro spend the weekend at the beach. Got a reservation at the Moulton. I knew before we got there that this was one of the older buildings in Hampton Beach. That it was , however, the price was right, it was close to the beach., room was clean with a comfortable bed, and clean bathroom.
