"Good stay for the price you pay. Looks old & run down on the outside but rooms are clean & well-kept. Convenient to River Street, Broughton & Plant Riverside…making everything within walking distance. Staff was very friendly & helpful. As for the negatives… it’s very loud on Bay Street and you can hear everything in your room. Also, because it’s an older hotel, all the doors are outward facing. "

"Great location to all attractions in downtown area. Trolley stop is right across the street and River street is 5mins walk. The Georgia Queen sunset cruise boat landing dock is also closeby, about 10 mins walking. Very convenient for first timers. Parking is easy and no extra cost. "
