"We hadn't had good reviews for this hotel chain. It was our first visit and it changed our perspective on the hotel. Overall, the hotel is fully booked, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff's service is superlative; Sarah and Colin will make your stay sublime. The only drawback of the hotel is that it's 10 minutes from restaurants, although you can eat at the hotel restaurant, which is fine. It's also worth mentioning that the city center is a 14-minute walk away."

In our bathroom there were many black mold stains or something like mold on the joints. Something like that really shouldn't be there. But the food and staff were very friendly and nice. "This is a great option for accommodation while visiting Glasgow. It is in PAISLEY, just 8-10 mins by train to Glasgow Central,. Paisley is a very interesting area with some great buildings . The Hazlitt is in a wonderful old building ( converted department store from Art Deco era) . Jamie your host is incredibly helpful and was able to quicky resolve an issue with the booking ( the problem was NOT with the property!) while we flew from Belfast to Glasgow."

"The property is under construction and no restaurant available. That made ot hard to judge staff. But there was a young deaf woman who cleaned rooms. She was extremely helpful when I needed more towels. The front desk was not manned at all times so I was lucky to come across her. She went out of her way to help me though she was clearly busy. Nice hotel. Enjoyed the air conditioning. "
