Las instalaciones están en buen estado y muy acorde al precio, solo un detalle. La escalera es de loseta y no tiene tiras antiderrapantes son un peligro para cualquiera. Los alrededores son muy tranquilos y es un lugar de fácil acceso. No es su culpa el deterioro de los alrededores ni el descuido estructural de las calles."
