The property is in the heart of Old Quebec City The only problems were: a)while trying to phone for information, even though I chose the English option, information followed in French spoken very quickly. b) the fellow at the desk was very helpful but you couldn’t get into the lobby until 11:00 the day I arrived to leave my luggage and 2:30 the day I was trying to check out. c) there are no elevators so it was a struggle to get my heavy suitcase up and down the...
