The rooms were very clean and spacious and all onsen were within walking distance. We had such a good time and will definitely be back! Thank you so much for the incredible stay."

"My stay has two nights. My room has a single bed, the bed refresh me every night. The hotel has the coin laundry. There are a couple of a washing machine and a drying machine. Those are cleaned up. Every night, I could use them. At the entrance of the hotel, there is a drip coffee machine, it’s free for hotel guests. "This is the worst HOTEL LiVEMAX I have stayed in. This is a Japanese hotel chain that mainly serves businessmen. I do not expect much from LiVEMAX hotels. My reservation was for two nights. I only stayed one night. Most "love hotels" are cleaner and nicer than this dump. Ignore any of the good reviews for this property."
