"I adore Edwin and his family. They took very good care of this solo woman traveler. He feed me very well!! The atmosphere was very authentic to how the locals live in the jungle. It is rustic. Shower did not have hot water.. I did have the room with a.c. Very nice. I will for sure go here again."

The site said there would be no one present at check in and directions would be sent prior to arrival. I heard nothing, even after reaching out multiple times. I was concerned about arriving in early evening and not knowing how to get in. Turns out there was a lock with a key in it in the front door. Also, not this host’s fault, but it was IMPOSSIBLE to get through...
