"Staff was extremely friendly. Room wasn’t the cleanest. The bathroom vent didn’t work. The beds were not comfortable at all. Breakfast was ok. Most best westerns I have been to serve either pancakes or waffles
They didn’t. At least not the day we started. It was FINE I ate a muffin and apple and checked out. I’d stay somewhere else just because of the bed. Nothing in mystic is super close to each other. "

"If you are looking for a place with friendly people and a nice ride to Foxwoods, this is the place. It is not fancy and is cleaned like a home but everyone is so nice. Beds very comfortable and pretty quiet."

"I reserved a jacuzzi suite based on online photos. The room we got did not look like the photos. The suite was a large room divided by a plywood structure that was painted blood red. The jacuzzi was stained and unappealing. The kitchenette lacked anything to use for food preparation. There were only empty drawers and cabinets. There wasn’t even a coffee maker. Reception was polite, but the whole place seemed to also be serving as housing. We were disappointed."

"I chose this hotel because of the price, the photographs and the reviews. Unfortunately, had there been photographs of the exterior of this hotel, I would not have chosen it. It is very old and run down. The room walls had places where the paint was off the walls from where something had been ripped off the walls. Our slider on our balcony didn't even close let alone lock. We were very disappointed but too tired to complain."

"I saw the nice clean large hot tub in the picture and when I got there the pool and the hot tub were kind of nasty. We walked into the pool area and it was hard to breath, their was a musty smell. I was very disappointed that we could not use the pool area. A few weeks ago we brought our grand daughters to the Comfort inn in West Yarmouth, very clean nice pool and hot tub. I though they would be similar. Ice machine on our floor was out of service for 3 days, I bet it still is! Are their...
