The hotel is ideally located. Many activities, shopping & restaurants within walking distance. Free parking on site. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Room was clean. The hotel could use some updating. No hairdryer in room, bed was oddly lumpy. Overall, not bad for my 1 night stay.

Each unit had either a walkout patio or some type of balcony. All other units had chairs on their outdoor space. The bathrooms in the lobby area were out of order. Staff was super nice. The place was clean.

We stayed here for the location and price. Is in close proximity to Olde Mistick Village, Aquarium and Seaport Museum. On a nice day you can bike or walk 2.5 miles to downtown area. We will stay here again mainly due to cost and location.

The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful friendly and nice . It seems like this in need of renovations but it was clean and comfortable. The location was great walking distance to a very good diner and Italian restaurant. A walk or very short drive across the street to Mystic Village. Minutes from Mystic Aquarium and Mystic seaport .

Although the property is under renovation, there was no noise when we were in our room. Clean room! Comfy beds! Kids had the pool to themselves that was great. We were there Tuesday-Sat. Lounge chairs around pool are broken but you could sit on them. Very convenient location. Right across the street from Aquarium. Mystic Restaurant right out front, great food. They give a10% if you’re staying at the HoJo

The room smelled like people smoke in it (tons of cigarette butts on the patio just outside the sliding door). I put the AC on and it helped with smell. We stayed here for access to the pool and to visit the Aquarium the next day. For the $ this place's pool is better than the Hilton up the hill (and like 3Xs cheaper). I would stay again, at a good price (shoulder season), if it was for 1 night so the kids could swim but would change rooms if we got a smokey one.

I was disappointed… I’ve stayed here before, in one of the outside rooms, and it was clean & beautiful. This time we got an interior room and it had a foul odor, there were stains on the couch, and a bandaid on the shower. This room was certainly not worth what we paid. Very disappointing.
