"We booked this to be near PBI and in light of multiple positive reviews. We were, therefore, surprised with our experience. The staff was fine. The room was poorly maintained. The toilet didn't flush completely, the dehumidifier had an error code and didn't run, the room was cold, but turning on the heat created a melted plastic smell which caused the smoke detector to alarm."

"The room I stayed in is in dire need of refurbishment. The metalwork on the lights and furniture is rusty, the drawers were dirty inside so I ended up having to put everything in plastic bags to use them.
There was a thick coating of dust on the surfaces and some of the surfaces were sticky.
The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the bath safety mat made me squeamish. The floors were dirty but the carpet surrounding the bed was worse and likely hasn't been cleaned in a very long time; my feet...

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the overall experience fell short. The front desk staff were not very friendly, which set a negative tone from the start. The property itself needs maintenance, especially in the bathroom, where the wear and tear was noticeable. There were no good amenities, and for the price, breakfast should have been included. The value just wasn’t there."

"Everything at the Jaxon was pleasant with exception of management communication and description of sleeping arrangement.
On arrival, I was unable to access the room due to a typing error of the door code. However, once I got ahold of Management by phone, they were able to unlock the door for me. It was stressful to arrive and not have it working.

"The staff were so friendly! The check in was easy and the property was in a good location. I booked this based off of reviews that the rooms were clean and unfortunately we didn't get a clean one. I was tired after driving all day so we just dealt with it but wish my experience matched the other recent reviews. For $200, would have liked towels without hair and a clean shower. There was also random furniture in walkways. "
