"The location, a beautiful beach view and easy beach access was the best part of this stay.
The service, the housekeeping attendant was genuinely kind, helpful, and generous with towels and what we needed. Unfortunately the front desk staff were unwelcoming and rude. Tricia at the bar was a bright spot and gave excellent service.
The room, this was the biggest disappointment. The bathtub had mold stains, missing caulking, tub and sink pools doesn’t drain well. Floors were dirty tons of sand...

"The back of the building is horrendous; expect to be surprised. I was also surprised to get upgraded to the penthouse. Still that's not good enough to get them 5 stars. First I will recommend this place but only if you get the penthouse or beach front. The non- beachfront room are like prison cells. The elevator as ounds horrible and one is out of service Ther were crumbs on the couch and trash, plus some stains so that needs a closer look. Front desk needs to slow down on explaining the wifi...

"The staff was a little rude. The entire property is supposed to be non-smoking and even the staff walks around smoking. Rooms are not ready on time. Nasty does not describe this place. Broken down and nasty. We checked in and checked right back out. The couch in the room looked like they just brought it in off the street. Unsanitary, poop paper on the base board in the bathroom and the tub/shower was not cleaned and nasty. Cockroaches are everywhere in this place. Do not stay at this place."

"It’s not fancy but the room was clean and right on the beach so the value was great! The blinds coming in our room were broken and people could see right in our room so we hung towels to block which was ridiculous. Other than that I would stay there again for sure though!"
