"The location is nice, but we were disappointed. Contrary to what we expected and what was mentioned, there was no free wifi (there was no wifi at all!), the parking was 1.3 km away and this was not a hotel but a series of appartements. The one we got was not the one we rented! And at the end, it was extremely overpriced for what we got. To be avoided!"

"Une bonne surprise pour une réservation estivale de passage, compte tenu des précédents avis, qui nous paraissent sévères. L’accueil s’est avéré très correct. Chambre immense, literie confortable en grande largeur, propreté, décoration simple avec du mobilier Ikea neuf, ascenseur, petit balcon sympa avec une vue (franchement symbolique) sur le lac d’Orta.
