"Wir waren zu einem Kurztrip an die See, und unglücklicherweise in Haarlem direkt nichts mehr bekommen. Wir haben das OZO Hotel spontan wegen des günstigen Preises und der kostenfreien Parkplatz Option gebucht. Und die Entscheidung war goldrichtig: tolles geräumiges Zimmer, super gut klimatisiert & isoliert (trotz Flughafennähe), ein hervorragend sauberes Zimmer und wirklich gute Betten.
Alles in allem, - wir waren für die Notlösung außerhalb von Haarlem begeistert"

"Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.
Das Hotel war insgesamt nicht sauber und es fehlte an einem funktionierenden System bzw. einer guten Organisation. Die Hygiene ließ stark zu wünschen übrig, und viele Bereiche wirkten schmutzig.
Der Parkplatz war zudem nicht gesichert, was kein gutes Gefühl vermittelt hat.
Besonders negativ war, dass gegen 2 Uhr nachts plötzlich der Feueralarm aufgrund eines Fehlers ausgelöst wurde. Alle Gäste wurden aus dem Schlaf gerissen und waren erschrocken....

"As others have said, this hotel is located in an excellent, central location. While this means that you are a 10-minute walk to the train station and all restaurants and shops are within a stone's throw, it also means that you are staying on the most crowded, busiest, and loudest street in the city. So if you're looking for a quaint place to stay, this isn't it! However, once in the room, we couldn't hear the street at all (we were in the back of the hotel, also looking out on a busy walking...

"Room was not available at 3pm check-in time so had to wait half an hour. Once the room was made available, there was a problem with the drain which was backed up and making it horrible smell so we had to insist on moving room.
Shower still did not drain properly in the second room, but did not smell as bad. Room generally clean but very basic, would not recommend 😞"

"The diamond capsule hotel was a great experience with matching themed furniture and designs. I've had a perfect sleep overnight! (Please note that check-in doesn't close at 11pm. The desk is open 24/7)
