"I really wanted to love La Villa, I think it was likely a great spot at a different time but unfortunately the property is pretty rundown and in need of some love.
The restaurant and pool area is lovely, breakfast is great, location in Osu is also great. But the rooms unfortunately are really outdated.

"We couldn’t enter the front entrance , the gate was padlocked . We drove past three times until someone directed us to enter through the parking garage. We got to the reception area there had chains and a large lock preventing anyone from entering the main entrance. It made me very uncomfortable. The room was nice but first impression has the greatest impact."

"Would absolutely recommend this hotel. Staf are wonderful and the airport shuttle is so good. Can't understand why more people do not stay here.Lovely swimming pool; not large but great for cooling down so if you've not tried this place, give it a go. Pharmacist 300yds away, Forex. even nearer and area feels so safe.l"

"This was my 4th stay at Urbano and my least enjoyable. I was extremely upset that the gym had no power and therefore only the treadmill half worked on 2 of my 8 days. The two other powered machines did not work. To top it off my wife’s cousin overhead two housekeepers saying disparaging things about my wife. I wasn’t told this until I got back to America. "Really really great place. But not perfect -- microwave did not work and airport shuttle was broken, which is one of the reasons we picked this place.
