"The room was good. The staff were very helpful getting us checked in despite us getting in very late due to a delayed flight and some miscommunication on our behalf. The breakfast was nice and being able to store our bags in the lobby after checkout to be able to go around Asakusa more before taking our train out was very convenient. "

"The room was perfectly spaced out with plenty of room to leave luggage under the beds. The furniture and decor seems recently updated. I like the toilet is separate from the shower. Great water pressure. "

"Check in was relatively painless. Staff are polite, competent, and have a good command of spoken English. Rooms are quite small. There is a tiny bathroom with small tub, shower, and toilet. The door to the bathroom was a folding door with a broken handle. The sink is outside the bathroom. There is a tiny closet, tiny refrigerator and tiny microwave. There is a desk, small TV, several cubby holes, and 2 chairs. The room is a little cramped, but is clean. There are ample outlets to charge your...

"No doubt, the rooms are a little dated, but everything was so clean. Rooms are way bigger than most hotels in Tokyo as well. There are convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel as well which was extremely helpful. The train station (Oedo line) is just a minute’s walk away, right beside the hotel. Amenities are sufficient, but the variety is slightly lacking compared to others. That’s not an issue though. Staff were extremely helpful and kind."
