"A better breakfast would help. The same architecture in each and every room, with really poor ventilation in the loo make the facility "cheesy", and cheap. Staff are OK, however, likely underpaid and under appreciated.
Opening the windows to air the room between guests, or at least once a week might help."

"This place looks new, however, there are some items that were nonfunctional, including door, locking mechanism, taps, light, fixtures, etc.
When using the stairs, please be aware of the doors being very heavy, and when they close, making a loud booming sound, waking any of the other guests in the hotel if it is not closed softly
With about a 800 m walk, you will have access to lots of restaurants and stores for your convenience during your stay. Also, the national train station is a short walk...

"Excellent place to stay. Staff are awesome. It was a pleasure to stay there. Divina at the front desk made our checkin very comfortable
Again the entire Staff from front desk to cleaners and staff at breakfast area. Each and everyone made our stay very comfortable. The staff were excellent couldn't ask for better service

"This is a nice hotel right across from the arena. Room are a good size and washroom has separate shower and toilet areas. Our reason for 4 stars is that you had to do self check in and the young staff were not very helpful. We had to keep asking for help because the information was in Dutch and we felt like we were putting them out. You think they’d have stayed with us until we were done."

"Such a lovely hotel, fab area super close to shops and restaurants but on a quiet pretty road. Beautiful room the bath was fab and everything was super clean. The staff were amazing super welcoming & helpful. The only thing is the balcony’s could be separated a bit better, maybe a screen. Loved the rituals products in the bathroom. Was a perfect home from home I will definitely stay here again. Ohh my fave part was the cat that lives there and the trees and view from the balcony was super...
