"Front desk was rather cold and impersonal. The attendant who checked me in barely even looked at me. First impressions count. When I asked if there was water in the room, she replied, 'No" but you can go just across the hall and pick up a water bottle on your own". Her communication skills stink. "

"Rooms were great, lobby smells amazing! I wish the front desk staff was a bit more friendly. We did have breakfast Sunday morning and the selection was excellent, with Alex being friendly and attentive. He really made our dinning experience very pleasant."

"The location is downtown Beverly Hills off the main street (Wilshire). Small yet antiquated hotel. The neighborhood in the area is quaint and vibrant. There is a sister hotel that patrons may go to use the fitness center, pool and enjoy the restaurant. Again, the hotel is in need of upgrades however the mattress was excellent and the hotel representatives were helpful/respectful."

"The best thing was the balcony overlooking the pool. The carpet had a couple stains. Furniture had been removed, so there wasn't much. No glasses or cups in the room, no paper plates provided with room service. Room service was fast though. Shower was ok - good pressure, but no door so it flooded the whole bathroom. No shower products provided. The $30 per night for parking was a surprise - and pretty excessive if you consider that the lot was about 1/3 full, and no valet service or...

You have a parking garage entrance only on one side and garage spans under both buildings and street that separates the buildings. Our room was in the other building were the entrance to the garage was and although helpful garage attendant tried to assist... it took an hour to figure out where the apartment, parking garage entrance and...

"I hope nobody else goes into this property, the person who contacts via text, long before your stay is rude and unprofessional. The place was dirty, when we arrived they were finishing painting the walls probably because there is mold and you can’t turn off the AC. I found pubic hair in the sheets of one of the 2 rooms, the other one didn’t have any sheets at all. I had to leave and go to a hotel. DISGUSTING "
