The staff was very very friendly and helpful. We had a couple of changes we had to make during our stay and they were very amenable. The location is exceptional. You’re in West Hollywood and the parking is safe and secure. They have free interest in egress to the parking area. You have how do you parking although it cost $50 a day it is a bargain you can come and go anytime of the day very very convenient. You can what is short distance to just about any type of restaurant? He highly recommend this hotel for these reasons and many others. We look forward to our next visit.
