A few things of concern not that it would not stop me booking again is 1 ply toilet rolls not great as it's not a budget hotel, also the radiators are clanking all night certainly on the room we had on 6 th floor, very annoying which affects your sleep, also the ceramic tiles in my bathroom were all lose and moved when you walked on them However bedrooms great extremely comfortable large beds and generally a great stay, would have no problem re booking this hotel but next time I would check out the things that required doing."

"Parking is not on site - it’s a good 5. Minute walk away at the NCP parking. I opted for a closer one and paid the little more. The American sounding receptionist is useless and isn’t interested in helping or has any knowledge of the city. Room is adequate. No tea coffee or kettle in room"
