"The description off the room is a bit deceiving, the photo shows a window covered with curtains and yes there is a window but you cannot see the outside… the bathtub was peeling I did complain but was not offered another room… they said there was no availability… I took pictures and I think this room should not have been rented if it needed repairs. I made this reservation over a month ago"

"The place was super nice and clean! There were no problems with the room. However, when I first entered the hotel, I asked the front desk ladies that were talking if they had a bathroom, since I didn't see one. One of them says, "Excuse you. Were having a conversation here" and angrily slams a key card down on the desk. I don't know if she was just having a bad day, but I was completely shocked by the behavior."
