"Great budget hotel just off the center of Zermatt. We had a nice (albeit tight) balcony with a glimpse of The Matterhorn. The room was clean but unfortunately no air conditioning and it was quite warm in the room. There’s a refrigerator which was very convenient. Stepping into the shower isn’t designed for short people which was a bit awkward. We had to check in at another hotel, but it was only steps away. Would stay here again for convenience and cleanliness."

"A true rarity—Hotel Jägerhof is hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the second we stepped inside, we knew we had booked the right place. "The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Although hotel is not far from train station, we were offered to and from complementary shuttle. The shuttle drivers were very nice. The basement room we stayed in was very spacious with a huge washroom and a kitchenette. House keeping was very tidy. The pool and hot tub was refreshing after a long day of hiking. Breakfast had a good variety. We really enjoyed the menu and service at onsite DUDE pub. Highly recommend and will definitely come back...

"We stayed at Phoenix Hotel for two nights. It’s conveniently positioned but in a very quiet area. The room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. The staff were v friendly and a highlight was the breakfast which was fresh and generous! Overall a great place to stay when in Zermatt!"

"After a full day of hiking, it was such a pleasure to return to our clean, spacious, and comfortable hotel room to relax. We especially enjoyed soaking in the bathtub and taking in the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn from the balcony.
