"I had a decent stay here. On the positive side, the hotel is clean, maintained, and the rooms are comfortable, even if they run a little on the smaller side.
The main drawback is the location. It is not particularly convenient if you are looking to spend most of your time in the city center. Getting back and forth took a bit of effort/time.

"This hotel puts you right in the heart of one of the most busy areas of the city. You can walk to cafes, restaurants, and deserts. However, the front staff was resistant to give advice on where to eat or even discuss the amenities of the hotel itself. In a word, they acted aloof. Still, the room was clean, and neat, and fulfilled our needs. The city is small enough to walk almost anywhere and that is the strength of this hotel, its location."

"Terrible experience. When we arrived, I noticed there was a sign advertising a free bus pass for the city and surrounding areas. When I inquired about this pass the woman at the front desk said “I wouldn’t do that, everything you need is in walking distance, it’s only useful if you need to leave the city”. "I liked the hotel room, the sloped ceiling and windows are not typical. The bathroom had a heated towel rack and the room was warm. "We spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed it.
Location: Close enough to walk to the Belvedere. Public transportation was very easy to navigate and the stops are right there.
Bed: I loved it. A little on the firm side and the pillows were great.
