"Nestled in the heart of bustling Ho Chi Minh City, Hato Saigon hotel & rooftop is an urban oasis and stylish sanctuary from the moment you step inside its sleek, modern lobby. The minimalist yet opulent rooms envelop you in luxury, with plush mattresses and premium linens that ensure blissful slumber. Upgrade to the expansive Executive rooms for added space, upscale amenities, and sweeping floor-to-ceiling vistas of the scintillating Saigon skyline. But the shining star is undoubtedly the...

"I am very impressed with the quick check-in process at the hotel. The service staff is very attentive and polite."

"The welcome drink at the lobby was very tasty, and the staff were very attentive, serving drinks whenever I needed them. The draft beer and soft drinks sold at the lobby shop are reasonably priced, saving me the trouble of going out to buy them. All the staff were friendly and demonstrated great hospitality, making you feel well taken care of just like in a high-end hotel. If I had to point out something to compalin, I personally think the soundproofing is not perfect 100%. However, given its...

"Bien situé et bonne grandeur de chambre mais pas de service sur place et accueil correct."

"The property seems newly renovated. Everything was in good working order except the sink drain. It seems the sinks were not updated. Also there is a smell in some of the rooms perhaps also related to drain issues. What stood out at this property was the staff. From security to reception staff everyone was so welcoming so kind and so willing to assist. Just for this reason we would come back here"

"The Eden Gardens hotel is an excellent choice for a hotel in Ho Chi Minh City if you want to stay near the nightlife area of Bu Vien Street. The hotel is away from the main noise and rooms are very clean and quiet. The staff are very helpful with anything you may require. Very reasonably priced with nice size rooms and good amenities. I am happy to recommend this hotel."
