"Facilities were above standard, the spa was very good amoung UK standard. However the lady who served us in the reception was very unprofessional. "I loved this hotel! I booked in for one night and stayed for four! I had booked a single room but on checking in requested a room with a bathtub if possible. Not only did I get that, but they put me in a double room! Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant/bar was very nice and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Our second visit to the Menai and it won’t be our last. The staff are so lovely, helpful and friendly that you feel so welcomed and comfortable. The room was warm, spacious and the towels and bedding were clean. Lots of tea/coffee provided in the room and this was replenished by the staff whenever needed. Breakfast was freshly cooked and prompt as you order your choices the night before for a specific timeslot the following morning. Yes, the place has creaky old floorboards and the decor is...

Cae Mor HotelLlandudno

"Charming little hotel on the seaside promenade. Spacious rooms, a cosy "snug lounge" to read or have tea, coffee or other. Nice dining room, with a choice of free continental breakfast (which includes fresh baked croissants, cereal, toat, juice yogurt, and tea or coffee) or a full breakfast for a reasonable cost. The dining room is also open for lunch and dinner, and the food is very good.
The staff is friendly and helpful, and as a solo traveler, i felt very comfortable."

"The room was terrible with a smashed bathroom basin, so I asked for another room.

There were no common areas. The bar/restaurant areas were kept closed/locked.
Reception staff were not at the hotel full time. Only sporadically during the day."
