"The room was acceptable regarding its cleanliness; however, there were bunches of hair on the bathroom floor, the toilet did not flush properly and the pillows need either washing or replacement.
The staff was helpful when needed. However, all the common areas, including the elevator, looked extremely dirty. They are not spending time making sure the hotel looks if not spotless, at least acceptable.
Good for one night, if you are just sleeping and moving on in the morning."

"The hotel is in a super convenient location (close to Old Port). Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance (most being 25 minutes. The room was very spacious and updated. The only downsides are there is only valet parking for $40 a day ( I was sent a message from the hotel saying we could self-park for $30, but that wasn't an option). Secondly- you're charged $25 daily resort fee, which they say you can use as a food & beverage credit. The only on-site restaurant was only open 7 AM-10AM...

"It was OK, Hotel shows signs of aging, not what we would typically see at a Marriot. Front desk staff did not stay at the desk - we arrived around 4 PM -- so we had short waits when we needed assistance, not horrible but desk should be monitored at all times. Our first room was not cleaned yet, had to return to lobby, wait for a desk clerk, and request a different room. AC worked fine. Bed was OK. Shower was OK but drained very slowly."
