"This place is excellent. The focus is on the customer and making it a great experience. It’s clean and safe. We brought the family and the moment they walked in they felt like we paid a fortune for it. We got the suite with 2 queens and a separate room with a king bed. "The hotel is great for kids with the indoor/outdoor pool and game room but for the price you pay for it the actual room could be a little bit nicer. We weren’t in the room much so we didn’t mind but the bathroom was pretty dingy and the beds aren’t very comfortable at all. Reason we stayed was because it was close to where we were visiting and it was the only place available as we booked super last minute. But for the price you pay you are getting anything special that another hotel cant. offer....

"There is an iPad that connects you with someone overseas to check in. The room smells like body odor and when I pulled the sheets back there was a feces stain, yes poop. You get what you pay for so if you want the cheapest be prepared to get just that. I will say to their credit they changed the sheets and the shower/toilets are remodeled and new. I would not bring children here."

"I stayed there a week. My only complaint is a massive one. The cleaning staff did not enter my room once to change out my garbage can bins, or change out my towels. I shouldn't have to contact the front desk for new towels or change out my trash bins. Mind boggling. It is obvious they are cutting corners in paying thr cleaning staff or they need to learn, this isn't India. It is the United States of America."
