"This is a fine hotel if you need a no-frills place that is literally within walking distance to the airport (but don't do that because of traffic and all). It was clean and the few staff members that I encountered were very nice and helpful. My problem with this hotel is that is like a dystopian world of the future. You check yourself in and make your own room key. A robot makes your food. There are scores of chairs in the dining area, which is cold and sterile. It is hard to imagine this many...

"The good thing is its just across the Vienna Main Train station. Staff was not helpful. There was no mode of communication in the room to contact the staff. I had to go the reception to ask for iron. They keep on saying it will come in 10 mins even after going multiple times downstairs. After an hour, I had to go without ironing my clothes. But even when I came in the evening, nothing was there in the room. Regarding amenities, you will only find handsoap and shower gel in the room. TV is very...

"Nicely located Ibis Styles, near a metro and tram stop which was really helpful. Staff were also pleasant and helpful. The hotel is really new and everything was in it's place. It's one of those chopped-wood-laminated rooms, you do wonder how that's going to look in 30 years, but that's a problem for another day. There's some shops, bars and restaurants nearby, but you're just 5 minutes by transport from the city anyway. Aircon worked very well in the room. The only issue seemed to be the honey...
