"Location is fantastic, just across the road from People’s Park metro station, next to the famous Nanjing Road West shopping area, walking distance to The Bund, and also close to residential areas so visitors can enjoy less expensive local dining as well as more expensive tourist-targetted dining. Hotel staff are courteous, efficient, helpful, and cheerful. Breakfast was excellent, with western and Chinese options, including good coffee. The hotel and the rooms are furnished in beautiful...

"Stayed here the 2nd time. Overall good impression, room was spacious, bed was very comfortable. Washroom and other places did show some aged traces. Quite a good location as it was just 5 mins taxi ride away from SNIEC exhibition centre (if no traffic), and right next to the "Thumb Mall", though most shops there were closed as it appeared to be under renovation."

"The hotel is placed right in the middle of the busiest street of Shanghai - East Nanjing Road. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning, The beds were very comfy though! The only downside was that the staff didn't really speak English which made it hard for us to communicate our wishes to them. "
