"Staff is super helpful and friendly! Food in the restaurant is good. We had a room on the 1st floor and had issues with the wifi working. They happily moved us to a room on the 2nd floor where the WiFi works perfectly! The hotel is right by the river Ness and couldn’t be any more centrally located. We’re very happy with our choice! It’s very clean and the beds are comfortable! "

"We stayed in one of the apartments which was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant had very good food and drinks (you could tell there were locals there as well as hotel guests) and the staff was as accommodating and polite as can be."

"Overall this was an excellent stay for us. On the first morning our shower flooded the bathroom floor because the drain was clogged, but they fixed it while we were out for the day.
