"We have stayed here twice. The rooms are clean and nice. I would give it 5 stars but our shower had black spots in the sealant along the base, looks very unsightly and the shower glass door wouldn't slide closed without having to physically lift the thing up as you slide it, a pain in the butt. Otherwise we like staying here because it is very convenient to the river and bridges, not too expensive (for Switzerland), the front desk is great and the breakfast is very good! I will stay again :)"

"It must have some shady guests before ... there were signs to tell guests not to cook in the room, sign to tell guests about CHF 100 fine for letting the water leaked from under the shower door. BTW, the shower door is leaking if one uses its rain curtain shower head on top. The only way to avoid the water spilling on the door and leaking out of its bottom gap is to use the hand held. So it is an architectural design fault that the management tried to pin on the guests if they, God Forbid,...

"Die Lage direkt am See ist traumhaft. Unsere Zimmer mit Blick auf den See und die Berge war ruhig. Draußen auf der Terrasse in der Sonne zu frühstücken ist ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Es ist nur anzumerken, dass einige hoteleigene Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Diese reichen aber nicht für alle Hotelgäste. Darum sollte man das Kleingeld für die Parkuhr nicht vergessen. "
