This hotel is ideally located to walk the old part of the city and has easy access to train station and buses. Rooms were clean, and we had river view with excellent view of the Castle Bridge.

An older and small hotel but perfect! The location is unbeatable and very convenient for the train station, boat trips etc. I had exceptional breakfasts in their restaurant and a fantastic dinner there. I was surprised at how good the quality was. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. And if you want to get away from the crowds, it’s an easy and stunning walk along Lake Lucerne. Book a balcony room overlooking the bridge if you can.

Hotel Des Alpes is the place to be in Luzern from the moment i arrived until i left. Everyone was nice and friendly, helpful and tryly made my stay unforgettable. The room i stayed in has a direct view of the Chapel.Bridge, its centrally located and close to everything. The restaurant on the first floor is amazing.
