"Shops were nearby, was close to the pub. Rooms were clean and comfy beds. Outside area needed attention and upgraded eg pool area and smoking area. Pool was clean, just the seating area and pavers. But above all our stay was great, the senior lady (whose name I have forgotten) at the reception was exceptional. So helpful and accommodating. So, thank you for your patience and your expertise in the business. Much appreciated."
