"Camino Verde was such a cute property. It’s not your typical hotel- it feels very homey and welcoming as soon as you walk in. The eating area also doubles as a “living room” of sorts with people hanging out there in the afternoons and evenings enjoying the free coffee, tea, and popcorn. The staff are excellent as well. Diego was so kind and helpful and was always a smiling face ready to greet us. My kids (and my husband and I) voted this as our favorite stay in Costa Rica due to all the factors...

"This is the most beautiful, middle of the rainforest, hotel! The staff was amazingly friendly, the property is beautiful, and the food at the restaurant is very good. A great perk: the hotel has it's own hiking trail 'Puma Trek," which has a hanging bridge so you don't even have to leave the property. You can do the trek on your own, or book it at the reception desk, with a guide - I would advise booking it with a guide so you get all the rainforest information and details, and the guide is...

"Great place. Highly recommend one of the cabin on the hill. The view of the volcano is breathtaking and being able to see it from your room’s window is priceless. Also, the place is kept very clean and the restaurant serves very good food at affordable prices. Overall it was a very good experience "

"LaMansion Inn Arenal is like a dream come true! The views, the service, the tranquility, the cleanliness…. It is all we could have ever imagined! Just a beautiful property and beautiful staff. Just returned tonight from 5 nights there in villa #7 and we will highly recommend them! "

"This was a wonderful hotel. Can't say enought good things about it.
When we checked in we were told the story of the hotel's social responsibility. During our stay the staff and managers were very friendly and hospitable. They joined in my Kids' excitement of seeing birds and animals on our hikes.
Our room on check-in had an issue and they switched us right away, later letting us know that the issue was dealt with an resolved.
During our stay we were given multiple restaurant recommendations...
