"We stayed in a family room at Ni-Newen with 4 adults, a child, and a baby, and had a lovely experience. The place was nice, quiet, and perfect for a few days to disconnect and unwind. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the surrounding atmosphere was truly relaxing. Highly recommended for those seeking peace and nature. We would definitely return!"

"Nice place, great shower! I stayed in what looked to the be the original unit and it has some wear. The other units were built in 2014 and looked in much better shape. So ask for the two floor units. Security is great, large gate with remote opener for after hours. WiFi is pretty slow at times."

"This was the 3rd property I stayed in the Pucón area. The room was closer to a hostel than an apart-hotel. It was adequate, and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked to prepare basic meals, but we needed to purchase our cleaning supplies. The bed was uncomfortable, and one could hear the neighbors in the hallways and adjacent balconies. The staff could have been more helpful (polite but not generally motivated to be helpful). The hotel property itself is lovely, and I highly recommend enjoying a...
