"Absolutely unacceptable – avoid this place at all costs
This stay was a complete disaster and honestly felt like a scam. We arrived at the property around 2 PM only to be told there was no electricity and that power might come back by 5 PM. There was no power backup, no contingency plan, nothing. We were forced to leave our luggage and step out because staying there was impossible.
When we returned at 6:30 PM, the situation was exactly the same — still no electricity. Instead of taking...

"Property was really good we had great time there but the thing I don’t like about this was they don’t provide room service they don’t allow outside food and the food mentioned in their menu was also not available also we paid for breakfast there but they said there is no breakfast available for us. Overall it was average experience "

"Food was really good !!
The room was really nice and clean. The staff was kind and helpful.
However, the best part about this property is it’s location. It’s located between 2 mountains, so it’s extremely silent at the night, except the river. There is a nice spot on the river, which is just 100m from the property. "

"Hello,
I am writing regarding my recent hotel booking. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing and did not match what was advertised when I made the reservation.
There were several major issues during our stay:
* Fresh food was not available. Many menu items were unavailable, and we were told they could only serve whatever food they had left.
* Loud music continued until around 1:00 AM, which made it extremely difficult for us to sleep or properly enjoy our stay.
* Several...

"The Hotel was conveniently located few minutes from the airport. There were many restaurants and shops all round it. I did book the hotel with full knowledge that they did not have air conditioning, assuming it was cool in Kulu and no ac was necessary. I was somewhat comfortable with ceiling fan (In May), but other travelers should make note that in hotter months they take that into consideration "
