"Dinner buffet is really good. February temperature in the room with central heat was good. Hot water - plenty with central heating. Rooms are cosy and clean. Lobby, hallways not heated in the winter (story of the whole region), so you are stuck between room and restaurant. Upstairs is a nice bar on the roof top with pool table. Very quite in hotel. "Hotel is very nice. It has good location and great views. It has place to sit or walk around with scenery all around. Staff is excellent. Food is good although a bit expensive. The water is hot but have to keep taps open for cold water to drain and this causes wastage of water. The hotel rooms are good and spacious. There are nice places eg. Poolside and in park facing mountains- to sit with family and eat food. "

"The view was great. The description of the hotel is wrong. Access is only for backpackers. Wheelchair is a joke. Taxis are not allowed closer than 200 m and from there it is steap up. In winter you even cannot be sure of that. We had to go approx. 1km on a slippery road. Taxis did not dare go there. The hotel is not suitabel for use in low temp. We had reserved 2 nights but left after 1 night. - still cold as ice."

"Staffs were great- excellent communication, prompt and competent. They really nailed customer service. The property was great with many facilities like pool table, archery range, live music and rooftop cafe. They can improve on selection of drinks (not many choices). One thing they should immediately pay attention to and rectify is safety. The outdoor area had glass boundary wall with steel hand rails. The bolts were missing and the and the rails looked unsafe. Guests should never touch them...

"Hotel is nice with good rooms but very costly. Also the food charges were very high and non justifiable. Reception staff not very supportive, charged Inr 4000 for one room which was requested just for 1 hr for feeding toddler, also charged INR 13000 for dinner and gave zero discount when requested. Though hotel is good but not value for money. You can easily afford 5 star hotel in the same amount. "

"Hopeless and disgusting experience. Staff is unfriendly and lousy. Checkin time is 2 PM which is quite late considering that checkout time is 12 pm. The rooms were not ready till 2.45 pm.
