"The property was pretty far off from the Kasauli town and the approach road was a narrow winding road full of dirt and potholes. Construction work os also going on. Everytime you decide to visit anybolace, means 30-45 mins of bumpy roads. The staff is pretty indifferent. Called housekeeping, the phone kept ringing and then ended up picked up at reception and the receptionist asked me to called to call the extension again. "It was very conveient to be able to walk to the hotel from the train station on arrival. The staff were exceptionally friendly and service oriented. I was pleased with the size and cleaniless of the room. Glad there was extra blankets as Shimla does get cold. Mornings i enjoyed having the breakfast options, paratha and chai and scrambled eggs got me going for the day!"
