"The apartment was in a good location but most of the pictures in this listing were of the lobby and building. The showerheads in both bathrooms kept moving which caused water to go everywhere, and we only had two pillows on the main bed and one on each twin bed, and the linens were lacking, there is also no outdoor furniture and the apartment is right above the pool which occasionally was noisy. Also there aren’t great instructions to check in or check out. There are better places to stay in...

"Comfortable bed and living room area. Kitchen could use more utensils etc but it worked. Bonus to have a washer and dryer. We had some problems with the on-demand hot water but were able to overcome that. (The manager is aware.) Good internet! Rooftop pool with a nice view. Convenient location. Easy walking distance to a large grocery store and several restaurants. Uber rides easy to find. We would stay there again. Overall a good stay. "

Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with.
