"This hotel is not worth the price.
The description is misleading. The listing states that the rooms are soundproof, but this is simply not true. The hotel is near the train station, and the street-facing rooms are extremely noisy due to traffic, trams, ambulance sirens, and car horns. Even with closed windows and earplugs, I could barely sleep.
After complaining, I was moved to another room, but the air conditioner there was malfunctioning. Initially, I was told there were no other available...

- Professional and helpful reception staff.
- The hotel was clean and well maintained.
- Breakfast was not exceptional, but it was decent and acceptable for a 3-star hotel.

"I really love the from desk people very nice and helpful . The room nice , clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. And the people that clean the room very nice and very good. "Rooms were very clean. Staff was also super helpful and polite. Transport was easy from the airport and to the train station. The hotel is located next to a good restaurant. Just down the steps you are in the small main area with shops and lots of restaurants and a 5 min walk to the beach!! The hotel will even make reservations for you if you want somewhere to eat or if you want a ferry trip. I would definitely stay here again!!!!"
