"Amazing views! Right on the edge in the highest city on the caldera. Air conditioning was cold, bathroom was in a cave, and our own furnished balcony to watch the sun every evening. Excellent breakfast buffet everyday started our days off right, and the restaurant options for dinner were not just convenient, they left us little reason to go out. Staff was very friendly and eager to please. We enjoyed every hour we spent on property."

"This hotel was so incredible. One of my favourite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. They staff was so welcoming and kind and made us feel right at home. "We had a lovely stay at the Arches Hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They allowed us a later check in and replied within minutes if we ever messaged. The location is amazing!
