"The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were cute and cozy with private bathrooms and good heating. The breakfast was nice to have, especially in an expensive city that opens late. The 24 hour access to coffee tea and hot chocolate in the lobby was really comforting to have, especially with jetlag and being awake at odd hours. The location and the hotel felt safe. The only potential downside is that the hotel is on a main street so people walking by constantly are noisy but that didn't bother...

"Finding lodging in Iceland isn't easy on a budget. So when I saw this "relatively" low priced guesthouse, I must say I wasn't expecting much. What a great surprise it was! "We have no complaints. The hotel is in the middle of town with numerous places to eat, things to do, and even the Corner Market grocery store. It is only a couple of blocks from Bus Stop #6. "We had a trouble getting the pin pad work, but when we called the contact number at the door they solved the problem right away. Room is very clean and also the bathroom as well, it was very nice.
