"Vị trí tốt, phòng đẹp"

"Got my room for a great price. A little dated but everything worked. The staff were great. I got a late check out at 1pm for 10 dollars. That is unheard but absolutely fantastic!!!"

"Air con wasn’t great Bar was really good"

"It was lovely! If you are staying longer plan some entertainment to connect to tv!"

"The room I was given was on the ground floor because I can’t climb stairs and they have no elevator. The room when I walked in looked like a hospital room at an asylum. It was so oppressive and filthy. The bathroom had mould everywhere and the walls were so dirty. "Excellent location."

"Packville Place là loại hình căn hộ tự phục vụ, khá tiện nghi. Địa điểm thuận tiện cho việc đi lại. Nhân viên khách sạn thân thiện, cởi mở. Tuy nhiên điều hòa nóng chưa đáp ứng được cho căn hộ trong thời tiết -1 độ đến 3 độ vào buổi đêm. Nhìn chung chúng tôi hài lòng với khách sạn này."

"I suppose you pay for what you get. The location was amazing, in the middle of Melbourne and convenient to everything. The staff were very helpful. Sheets and towels were clean. The building, reception, entrance and room very old and tired. Bathroom was clean and bed comfortable. But. Windows broken, picture glass broken, so much dust on EVERYTHING, you could stuff 100s of soft toys. If you are looking for a great location this is it. But it is cheap and nasty"

"Staff were excellent on check-in and kindly gave me an upgrade from a single bed room to a double, which was mmuch appreciated. The room was clean and everything worked fine. Thank you!"

"The staff on the front desk were amazing! So friendly and helpful"

"Stuffs are kindness. Room was not small. Good performance hotel."
